POSTCAT(1) POSTCAT(1)

NAME
       postcat - show Postfix queue(1,3) file(1,n) contents

SYNOPSIS
       postcat [-oqv] [-c config_dir] [files...]

DESCRIPTION
The postcat(1) command prints the contents of the named(5,8) files in(1,8) human-
readable form. The files are expected to be in(1,8) Postfix queue(1,3) file(1,n) for-
mat. If no files are specified on the command line, the program reads
       from standard input.

       Options:

       -c config_dir
The main.cf configuration file(1,n) is in(1,8) the named(5,8) directory instead
              of the default configuration directory.

-o Print the queue(1,3) file(1,n) offset of each record.

-q Search the Postfix queue(1,3) for the named(5,8) files instead of taking
              the names literally.

              Available in(1,8) Postfix version(1,3,5) 2.0 and later.

-v Enable verbose logging for debugging purposes. Multiple -v
options make the software increasingly verbose.

DIAGNOSTICS
Problems are reported to the standard error(8,n) stream.
